Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
For many people, traditional therapy opens important doors and sometimes, the healing journey calls for something more. Psychedelic-assisted modalities offer a different kind of access: to parts of ourselves that can be difficult to reach through talk alone, to embodied wisdom, to grief, to old patterns, and to new possibility.
I offer two distinct pathways in this space, each grounded in over 20 years of clinical experience and a deep commitment to safety, preparation, and integration.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a legal, clinically supported treatment that combines the neurological effects of ketamine with the relational depth of psychotherapy. It can be particularly supportive for people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or a sense of being stuck — especially when other approaches have offered only partial relief.
KAP is not recommended for individuals currently taking benzodiazepines or those with a history of mania, dissociation, or certain personality disorders. For many people taking SSRIs or SNRIs, however, ketamine can be a meaningful option worth exploring together.
What the process looks like:
Our work begins with getting to know you — your history, your goals, and whether KAP feels like a good fit. If we move forward, I will refer you to a trusted psychiatric nurse practitioner or psychiatrist for a prescribing consultation. If ketamine is appropriate, you'll receive an oral lozenge prescription, which you'll pick up directly from a pharmacy.
KAP is typically offered as a series of 6–8 sessions, each approximately 2.5 hours, preceded by 3–6 preparation sessions. After each medicine session, we meet for integration — making meaning from the experience and weaving insights into your daily life.
For some people, creating a ceremonial or psychospiritual container deepens the work. If that resonates with you, we can thoughtfully shape the space together. If you prefer something more grounded and clinical, we do that too. This is always a collaboration.

Natural Medicine Facilitation
I am also a licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator in the state of Colorado, offering psilocybin-assisted sessions under Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act. This work is offered through The Bloom Collaborative — a multidisciplinary collective of healers working at the edges of conventional and traditional practice. As a Clinical Facilitator, I bring my full clinical background to this work: trauma-informed care, deep knowledge of the nervous system, and years of experience holding space for people in vulnerable and transformative moments. Natural medicine facilitation is a distinct scope of practice from psychotherapy, and sessions are structured accordingly — with thorough preparation, a supported administration session, and meaningful integration afterward.
Natural medicine facilitation services, practitioner information, and the intake process are all housed at The Bloom Collaborative — launching soon!
