Therapist | Teacher | Supervisor

You are not lost. You are becoming.

Sometimes we know exactly what's wrong. Sometimes we just feel stuck — anxious, heavy, disconnected from ourselves or the people we love. Either way, something is asking for attention.

Entering into therapy provides a relational space where self-awareness can deepen, healing can occur, the body can regulate, patterns can shift, and meaning can be made.

I work alongside people as they find the courage to step more fully into their own story. This work asks something of every individual willing to take this step: a willingness to look honestly at what has shaped them — the wounds, the patterns, the places where life diverged from what they hoped — and a belief, even a fragile one, that something can shift.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Washington and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, with more than 17 years of experience in trauma recovery, relational healing, and depth-oriented work. I bring that experience — and my own — into every therapeutic relationship I hold.

What I offer:

My Approach

This practice is grounded in relational, attachment, and depth psychology — the therapeutic relationship itself is understood as a primary vehicle of healing. You are not a diagnosis to be treated. You are a person with a history, a body, a longing, and a capacity for change that may be deeper than you currently believe.

Work here is trauma-informed in the fullest sense — we move at the pace your nervous system can hold, honor the intelligence of your protective patterns, and never ask you to go somewhere you aren't resourced enough to go.

When you're ready, I'm here.

If something here resonates — reach out. The first step is a free 20-minute consultation call to explore whether this is the right fit.

“When we are ready to unpack our inheritance, we are able to confront the ghosts we carry within.”
