Clinical Supervision Services
Supporting emerging clinicians as they develop their voice, confidence, and clinical presence is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. As a Colorado-approved clinical supervisor, I offer reflective supervision grounded in psychodynamic thinking, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship.
In addition to my clinical work, I have held adjunct teaching roles with a focus on:
Clinical skills development
Assessment and treatment of trauma
Working within the context of family systems
These experiences shape a supervision style that is collaborative, grounded, and deeply reflective.
My Approach to Supervision
I offer a supportive and exploratory supervision space where clinicians can:
Deepen their understanding of psychodynamic concepts and how they show up in everyday practice
Build confidence in trauma-informed and relational approaches
Explore client dynamics through an attachment and family systems lens
Strengthen therapeutic boundaries, use of self, and emotional attunement
Integrate emerging modalities such as KAP and psychedelic-informed frameworks ethically and safely
Grow their clinical identity with clarity and intention
Develop their own self and community care practices that will support sustainability and resilience in the face of vicarious trauma
My goal is to help you not only strengthen your clinical skills, but also develop a sustainable, grounded, and authentic presence as a therapist.
Who I Work With
I provide supervision for:
Pre-licensed and early-career clinicians
Therapists seeking depth-oriented, reflective supervision
Clinicians wanting to build competency in trauma treatment, relational work, or family systems
Practitioners interested in psychedelic-informed therapy and integration work
If you’re looking for a supervision relationship that balances warmth, clinical rigor, and thoughtful reflection, I’d be honored to support your growth.
